Shipping policy

Milky Paperie sells digital templates only. There is no physical shipping and no shipping fee.

Delivery

Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the link to your template, ready to edit in Canva (a free Canva account is all you need). The link is also available on your order confirmation page. Delivery is usually instant and always within 24 hours.

Didn't receive it? Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at milkypaperieshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Printing

You can print your design at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer such as Prints of Love. Printed orders placed with a print partner are produced and shipped by that partner, under its own shipping times and policies.

Customs and taxes

Because nothing is shipped, no customs or import duties apply to our digital products. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
